Natsuki Kitakata is a Japanese voice actress and illustrator from Kanagawa Prefecture, born on February 19, 1990. She originally dreamed of becoming a manga artist or illustrator and, encouraged by a friend, pursued a path in voice acting. She graduated from the Amusement Media Academy voice acting department in 2010 and made her professional debut in 2009. In May 2016, she changed her stage name from her birth name, Natsuki Kitakata, to Kita Natsuki. She was formerly affiliated with Sun Music Production and is currently represented by SSP.

As a voice actress, she is known for a range of roles in anime and games. Her notable anime roles include Nene in The Ambition of Oda Nobuna, Tsukino Yoru in Nichijou, and Ariyoshi in Hyouka. In the realm of video games, she is recognized for her roles as Arisu Shirayuki in Tokyo 7th Sisters and Tsugumi Nagisa in Idol Rhythm. Her other voice work includes roles in series such as I Shall Survive Using Potions!, Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles, and the film Game Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions. She has also participated in digital comics, audio dramas, and live concert events for game franchises like Tokyo 7th Sisters.

Beyond voice acting, Kitakata is an active illustrator, a talent that predates her voice acting career. She has worked as a character designer for anime projects, including The Irresponsible Galaxy Tylor and Ladyspo The IAM Illustration Animation Movie. Her creative work extends to designing characters for radio programs, merchandise, and original illustrations for voice dramas. In May 2025, she held her first solo art exhibition, which showcased her diverse illustration work. Her stated goal is to merge her experiences in voice acting and illustration to create her own projects, such as games or manga. Her hobbies include drawing, visiting art museums, exploring history, and watching musical DVDs, and she has training in ballet and piano.
