Rikki Quiapon, also known by her online handle Riku or RikuCasts, is a Filipino voice actress and esports shoutcaster born on February 4, 1993 in the Philippines. Her career began during her college years while she was studying for a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, with the initial goal of working in the game development industry. She supported herself through voice acting work, which allowed her to save enough money to purchase her own personal computer.

In 2014, Quiapon successfully auditioned for a casting position with Garena Philippines for the League of Legends Pro Gaming Series, launching her career as a play-by-play shoutcaster. This marked the beginning of her professional involvement in the esports industry, where she became recognized as one of the few female shoutcasters in Southeast Asia. Her early work included casting matches such as the Garena Premiere League in 2015. She later transitioned into color casting, which expanded her opportunities within the talent pool. Beyond live commentary, Quiapon has also contributed content and statistics for Garena's esports website.
