Tomomi Isomura is a Japanese voice actress and narrator born on May 6, 1980, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Max Mix and is also known by the nickname Isotchi. Her height is 159 cm, and her blood type is B.

Isomura began her career in the early 2000s, with one of her earliest roles being a boy in the 2004 anime Ragnarok the Animation. She was previously associated with the agencies Carrot House and deux-plus before joining Max Mix in March 2010.
