Kouta Nemoto is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. He was born on August 5, 1980, in Hitachi, a city located in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. He is a graduate of the 23rd term of Aoni Juku, the training school affiliated with his agency. Early in his career, he was also a member of the voice actor unit Boy's Beat.

Nemoto's career has been built primarily on supporting roles in a wide array of anime television series and video games. His work spans several major long-running franchises. He has provided voices for various characters in the One Piece anime, including roles such as a giant and a marine. He has also been a recurring presence in the Dragon Ball franchise, contributing voices to Dragon Ball Z Kai and Dragon Ball Super. His involvement in the Saint Seiya series includes roles in Saint Seiya Omega. Other notable series in which he has appeared include the Mononoke television series, Hellsing Ultimate, and Nodame Cantabile.
