David Reale

Description
David Reale is a Canadian actor recognized for his voice work in several English adaptations of popular anime series, particularly within the action-oriented trading card and toy genres. Born on December 19, 1984, in Caledon, Ontario, he began his acting career as a child performer. Reale first gained prominence as a young voice actor for his role as Kai Hiwatari in the English language version of the original Beyblade anime series, a part he voiced from 2002 to 2005. He later returned to the franchise, providing the voice for the character Tsubasa Otori in the subsequent series, Beyblade: Metal Fusion and its sequels, from 2010 to 2013.

His contributions to the Bakugan Battle Brawlers franchise are specific and notable. In the second season, Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia, Reale voiced the character Ace Grit, a member of the Bakugan Resistance. He took over the role from Alex House for a total of five episodes towards the end of that season. He then provided the voice for another character, Ren Krawler, in the subsequent season, Bakugan Battle Brawlers: Gundalian Invaders. Reale voiced Ren for the first nine episodes of the season before being replaced by Peter Cugno.

Beyond his work in anime, Reale has had a substantial career in live-action television and film. He is perhaps best known for his recurring role as Benjamin, the I.T. technician, on the legal drama Suits, which he played from 2011 to 2019. His other on-screen credits include appearances in The Boys, Designated Survivor, Murdoch Mysteries, and the film Mean Girls. Reale has also lent his voice to the video game Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist, where he performed both the voice and motion capture for the character Charlie Cole.
