Lizemijn Libgott is a Dutch voice actress, singer, and calligrapher, born on May 24, 1980, in Huizen, Netherlands. Her career in voice acting began after she won a television talent competition organized by the SBS6 program Shownieuws, which led to her first major role as the voice of Melody in Disney's The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea.

Libgott's vocal training began in her youth; she sang with the Kinderen voor Kinderen choir for four years and was a member of the National Children's Choir for two years. At the age of sixteen, she was accepted into the Young Talent program at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, where she studied classical solo singing. She later toured Europe as an opera singer.

In the realm of anime and animated series, Libgott has provided the Dutch voices for numerous characters. She is known for her work in the Bakugan franchise, voicing both Runo Misaki and Mylene Farrow in Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia. Her extensive anime credits include the roles of Anna in Shaman King, Yolei in Digimon, and multiple characters across the Pokémon series, including various iterations of Nurse Joy, the Gym Leader Viola, and the Team Galactic Commander Mars. She also voiced Ami in Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, Kiki in Tokyo Mew Mew, and provided additional voices for the Shin Chan series.

Beyond anime, Libgott has an extensive portfolio dubbing characters for major international franchises. She is the Dutch voice of Candace Flynn and Baljeet Patel in Phineas and Ferb, Princess Bubblegum in Adventure Time, Tikki in Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, Fluttershy in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and Velma in various Scooby-Doo productions. She also voices iconic characters such as Tweety for Looney Tunes and Hello Kitty. Her work for Disney includes being the current Dutch voice of Snow White. In 2025, she was announced as the Dutch voice of Pauline for the video game Donkey Kong Bananza.
