Noémie Orphelin

Description
Noémie Orphelin is a French voice actress and artistic director, widely recognized for her extensive work in dubbing foreign-language films and animated series into French. She began her acting career as a child in live-action French films such as La Crise and Une journée chez ma mère. The process of post-synchronizing her voice for these roles led to an opportunity in dubbing while she was still in middle school, which became her primary career focus.

In the realm of animation, Orphelin has voiced several prominent characters. One of her notable roles was providing the French voice for Anne Frank in the 1995 Japanese animated feature film The Diary of Anne Frank. She is also well-known for being the regular French voice of the character Barbie in numerous direct-to-video animated films from 2007 to 2016. Her other significant animation roles include voicing the title character in the French dub of the series Kim Possible and its related films, as well as the character Carmen Sandiego in the Netflix animated series.

Beyond animation, Orphelin has established herself as a prominent voice for many actresses in live-action dubbing. She is the regular French voice for Kristen Stewart, Rachel McAdams, Alexis Bledel, and Abbie Cornish, among others. Her dubbing filmography is extensive and includes films such as Jumanji for Kirsten Dunst, Arac Attack for Scarlett Johansson, and The Social Network for Dakota Johnson. In addition to her voice work, she also works as an artistic director for dubbing projects. She is the sister of Florine Orphelin, who is also a voice actress.
