Fumie Kashiyama is a Japanese actress born in Tokyo on August 13, 1941, who has also performed voice roles for animated productions. Her career in the entertainment industry began in 1960 and she is a member of the Mingei Theatre Company.

Kashiyama's voice acting credits include roles in anime adaptations of classic stories. She provided the voice for the character Marina in the 1975 anime film Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid. She also performed as the narrator for a 1979 special titled Anne no Nikki: Anne Frank Monogatari. In the 1995 animated film The Diary of Anne Frank, she voiced the role of Edith Frank-Holländer, Anne Frank's mother.

Beyond her voice work, Kashiyama has an extensive career in live-action television and film. She gained prominence for her leading role in the 1966 NHK morning drama series Ohanahan. Her other notable television and film credits include appearances in the long-running Otoko wa Tsurai yo film series, specifically in the 1975 installment Tora-san, the Intellectual, and roles in productions such as Koto no Taiyo, Kunitori Monogatari, and the 2019 film Mio on the Shore.
