Lionel Tua is a French actor who is highly active in the field of dubbing, providing the French voices for numerous characters in anime series, films, and video games. He was born on February 27, 1962. At the age of eighteen, Tua moved to Paris from his hometown to pursue acting, training at the school Acting International. His on-screen acting career includes roles in several films directed by F.J. Ossang, such as L'Affaire des divisions Morituri and Dharma Guns, and he has also performed in various theatre productions.

Tua is perhaps best known to anime audiences for his portrayal of the primary antagonist Muzan Kibutsuji in the French dub of the hit series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, a role he has reprised for the Entertainment District Arc and the Swordsmith Village Arc. His work in the medium spans several decades and includes a variety of significant roles. In the series B't X and its sequel OAV, B't X Neo, he voiced the characters Kotaro Takamiya and Ron. He also took on the role of the adult Léo in the anime New Jungle Emperor, Go Ahead Leo!. Other notable anime credits include the role of Freddy in Nozomi in the Sun, Alexandre in Dancougar - Super Beast Machine God, Bart Garsus in Vandread and Vandread: The Second Stage, and Nick Carter in Tekkaman Blade. His voice can also be heard as Kenny in the classic series Kimba the White Lion.

Beyond anime, Lionel Tua has an extensive career as a dubbing voice for live-action films and series. He is one of the regular French voices for actors such as Owen Wilson, Luke Perry, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. He has also dubbed the voice of Samuel Drake in the Uncharted video game series, Hanzo Shimada in Overwatch, and Basim in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. In animation, he is known as the voice of Prince Charming in the Shrek films and Bail Organa in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels.
