Paul Louis is an American actor, voice actor, writer, producer, and puppeteer known for his extensive work in English-language dubs of foreign films and television series, particularly anime. His professional background includes creating, writing, and performing for children's television, notably as the creator and lead puppeteer of the nationally syndicated series Jelly Bean Jungle. He is also known for his on-screen role as Marvin Borlotti in the British children's series Miami 7.
