Giorgio Bandiera was an Italian actor and voice actor, born on December 17, 1926, in Syracuse, Sicily. His career in the performing arts began in the realm of theater, with a recorded participation in the 19th Festival Internazionale del Teatro di Prosa in Venice in 1960 for the play Le donne di buon umore. He subsequently became active in television, appearing in numerous RAI productions and sceneggiati (TV serials) throughout the 1960s and 1970s. His television credits include roles in productions such as I grandi camaleonti in 1964, Il conte di Montecristo in 1966, and L'ultimo aereo per Venezia in 1977.

In the soccer anime Holly e Benji, due fuoriclasse, he was the second voice for the character of the Toho coach.
