Carmen López Pascual is a Spanish voice actress and singer known for her extensive work dubbing animated characters for Spanish-language versions of major films and television series. Her career began in childhood, rooted in musical theater. At the age of ten, she was cast in the lead role of a Spanish production of the musical Annie, which led to her first dubbing work a year later when she was brought to Barcelona to provide the speaking and singing voice for the title character in the Spanish dub of the 1982 film Annie.

López Pascual is perhaps best recognized for her longstanding association with Disney. In 2010, after an audition process, she was chosen to be the official Spanish singing and speaking voice of Rapunzel in the film Tangled, a role she has since reprised in various sequels, television series like Tangled: The Series, and specials. Her Disney work also includes the speaking voice of Darling in the 2019 live-action remake of Lady and the Tramp.

In the realm of anime dubbing, López Pascual is credited with the role of Rachel, also known as Glitter Diamond, in the Spanish adaptation of the series Glitter Force Doki Doki. This series is an internationally localized version of the Japanese anime Doki Doki! Pretty Cure. Her filmography encompasses a wide variety of other dubbing roles, including Chevron in the Spanish-language versions of the Harvey Girls Forever! series and various characters in projects such as Beat Bugs and The Amazing World of Gumball.
