Yoshinori Tsushima is a Japanese male voice actor born on September 18, 1984, in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Honey Rush and has been active in the voice acting industry since his debut in 2010.

Before pursuing a career in entertainment, Tsushima had a background in athletics. As a high school student, he was a member of the karate club and achieved success by winning the Tochigi Prefecture championship in team kumite for two consecutive years, which earned him the opportunity to compete in national tournaments. After graduating, he worked as a security guard and even passed the police recruitment exam but ultimately decided to follow his passion for acting. In 2009, he enrolled in the Seiyuu Talent Course at Tokyo Animator Academy, despite having little prior knowledge of the industry.

Tsushima made his voice acting debut in 2010 while still a student, with a small role as a male student in the television anime Okamikakushi. The following year, in 2011, he officially became affiliated with Honey Rush, beginning a career that would see him take on a wide variety of roles across different media. His versatility is demonstrated by his work in mainstream anime, video games, and adult animated works. In anime, his roles have included characters in series such as Senran Kagura and Hakkenden: Touhou Hakken Ibun. He is also known for voicing Gorzan in the series Lego Chima ~Animal Senshi-tachi no Densetsu~.

Some of his notable game credits include roles in major international titles like Borderlands 2 and BioShock Infinite, as well as Japanese games such as DIABOLIK LOVERS and Tayutama 2.
