Stephanie Anne Mills is a Canadian actress born in Edmonton, Alberta, on March 7, 1979, who has built a substantial career spanning live-action and voice acting. From a young age, she aspired to be a singer, dancer, and actress, landing one of her first prominent roles in the 1996 television miniseries In Cold Blood. Her early live-action work includes appearances in films such as Urban Legend (1998), Gossip (2000), and The Safety of Objects (2001), as well as the television film Eloise at the Plaza (2003) opposite Julie Andrews.

While Mills has worked consistently in live-action, she is perhaps best known for her extensive and prolific voice acting career in animation. She became widely recognized for her voice work on popular animated series, most notably providing the voices of Lindsay and Katie across multiple iterations of the Total Drama franchise, including Total Drama Island, Total Drama Action, Total Drama World Tour, and later as Kitty in Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race. Another significant voice role was as Vana Glama in the series Sidekick.

In the context of anime and English-dubbed animation, Mills is known for her roles in the Bakugan franchise. After initially voicing the recurring character Chan Lee in Bakugan Battle Brawlers and Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia, she took on the leading role of Princess Fabia in Bakugan: Gundalian Invaders. She continued to voice the character, now known as Queen Fabia, in the subsequent series, Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge. This role saw her character become a central member of the Battle Brawlers, fighting to save her planet.

Her other notable voice credits include Kirsten in 6teen, Serenity Zilla in My Dad the Rock Star, and various roles in shows like Franny's Feet and Growing Up Creepie.
