Norihito Hase is a Japanese voice actor born on March 25, 1993, in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. His journey into voice acting began during his middle school years when he discovered the sound mode on a video game, which allowed him to listen to character voices. Seeing the cast listed in the credits introduced him to voice acting as a profession.

Hase trained at the Japan Narration Acting Institute before entering 81 Actor's Studio in April 2014. He graduated in March 2015 and officially joined 81 Produce as a junior member the following month. His professional debut came in 2015 with a role in the anime 12-sai. ~Boy friend~.
