Devon Talbott is an American voice actor based in New York City who has contributed to English dubs of anime series and worked across theater, film, and voice-over. He is recognized for his role as Plum in the English dub of the anime OVA Holy Knight. This 2015 production for Media Blasters, cast by the studio MB VoiceWorks, featured Talbott voicing the character opposite Daman Mills as the protagonist Shinta Mizamura and Amber Lee Connors as Lilith.

Talbott is an honors graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre.
