Marie-Jeanne Widera is a German voice actor, dialogue director, and dialogue writer born on March 9, 1987, in Remscheid, Germany. She is primarily known for her work in dubbing anime series and films for the German market.
Widera pursued higher education in German and Romance languages at the University of Wuppertal before training in acting at a drama school in Düsseldorf from 2015 to 2017. She began working as a voice actor in 2019, quickly establishing herself in the industry.
As a voice actor, Widera has lent her voice to numerous anime characters. Her notable roles include providing the German voice for Maria in The Magnificent Kotobuki, Piltia in Interspecies Reviewers, and Slice in My Hero Academia The Movie: Heroes Rising. She also voices Charlotte Flambé in the long-running series One Piece, Jade Hunter in Rainbow High, and Leukozyt L-8787 in Cells at Work! Code Black.
