Julie Shields is an American voice actor and musician based in the United States, known for her work in English dubs of anime series and for providing voices in numerous video games. Her career encompasses a range of character roles across different media.

In anime, Shields has been part of the English voice casts for several prominent series produced in the early 2020s. She voiced the character Rei Okada in the Funimation English dub of the 2020 baseball series Tamayomi: The Baseball Girls. She played the role of Itsuki Yakumaru in the English dub of A Certain Scientific Railgun T, which also aired in 2020. Reprising the role of Yakumaru, she appeared in the English version of the 2019 series A Certain Scientific Accelerator. In 2022, she took on the lead role of Equa, the cheerful leader of the "Escape Shop Extractors," in the English adaptation of the CGI anime Estab Life: Great Escape.
