Chado Horii is a Japanese voice actor and actor from Shizuoka Prefecture, born on August 29, 1984. His real name is Tessho Agatsuma. He is affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion.

Horii began his career in entertainment after graduating from Shizuoka Prefectural Yoshida High School, where he trained at the Toei Academy training department and was a member of the theater group Fool's Cap from 2005 to 2006. Until March 2011, he was with Toei Academy before moving to Across Entertainment in July of the same year. After a period as a freelancer, he joined Mausu Promotion on February 1, 2020, where he continues to work.

His voice acting career, which began in 2008, is marked by a wide range of supporting roles in numerous anime series. One of his most recognized roles is Kakeru Tobe in the popular romantic comedy series My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU, a character he voiced across all three seasons of the anime, including the climax. He also voiced Ryūhei Tabeshima in the sports anime Ahiru no Sora.

In addition to these, Horii has built an extensive filmography with diverse credits. He has played Sunakey in Heartcatch Precure!, Laplace in il sole penetra le illusioni ~ Day Break Illusion, and Inoue-kun in Chō Shōnen Tantei-dan NEO. His work in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise includes the role of Caterpillio Zōmyōji in Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens and later in Yu-Gi-Oh! Go Rush!!. He also voiced the character Luanti Chi in the anime adaptation Xuan Yuan Sword Luminary. In the acclaimed mystery series Odd Taxi, he played Tōgo Sekiguchi, a role he reprised for the film Odd Taxi: In the Woods. His film credits also include a role in The Deer King as Toma.

Horii's career extends beyond these titles, with appearances in major franchises such as JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Kengan Ashura (as Adam Dudley), and the film The First Slam Dunk. He has also been active in video games, contributing to titles like God Eater Burst and the Yakuza series.

Beyond mainstream anime, Horii is known for his collaborative spirit and involvement in independent projects. He is part of a creative circle called DQN Shoukai alongside fellow voice actor Takuya Eguchi and writer Wataru Watari, where they produce original content, events, and merchandise. His personal interests include basketball, mixed martial arts, Japanese taiko drumming, mahjong, and pottery. He continues to be an active and versatile presence in the voice acting industry, with recent roles announced for 2025.
