Haruka Shimizu is a Japanese voice actress and narrator affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. She was born on April 24 in Hokkaido, the northernmost prefecture of Japan. Growing up in the village of Sarufutsu, she was an active student, balancing a newspaper delivery job with her involvement in the volleyball club.
