Joshy Peters is a German actor and voice actor born on September 11, 1957, in Hamburg. He pursued his acting training at the University of Music and Theatre in Hamburg from 1982 to 1984. His career encompasses work on stage, in film and television, and extensively as a voice actor for German dubs of international productions.

Peters has built a substantial career in German voice acting, lending his voice to numerous characters in anime series. He is known for providing the German voice for Shikaku Nara in the long-running series Naruto and for Excalibur in Soul Eater. He also voiced the character Goran in the series Rage of Bahamut: Genesis. Confirming the user's example, Peters does indeed play the role of Diseum von Earlsheid in the German dub of the anime series Wise Man's Grandchild.
