Jonathan Brooks is an American actor and voice actor known for his extensive work in English dubs of anime series and films. He is also credited professionally under his full name, Jonathan Randall Brooks, and sometimes as Jonathan R. Freeman. He was born on February 13, 1978. Brooks pursued formal training for his career, graduating from both Missouri State University and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.

His voice acting career has been closely associated with Funimation, now known as Crunchyroll, where he has lent his voice to a wide array of characters across numerous popular anime series. One of his earliest and most recurring roles is that of the eccentric pirate Foxy, captain of the Foxy Pirates, in the long-running series One Piece. He first voiced the character in the anime series and later reprised the role for the 2019 theatrical film One Piece: Stampede. Another prominent role is providing the voice for the character Michael in the series TO [citation:user].

Beyond these specific credits, Brooks's filmography demonstrates a consistent presence in the anime dubbing industry.
