Campillo began her career in the entertainment industry with appearances in Spanish films such as "Tesis" (1995) and "Una Chica Entre Un Millón" (1994). She also took part in popular Spanish television series, including "Hospital Central" (2004) and "La Que Se Avecina" (2017). Her path to voice acting was encouraged by praise for her voice, leading her to study under Salvador Arias, a prominent figure in Spanish dubbing. This training helped her establish a career as a bilingual voice artist, working in both Spanish and Catalan.

In the realm of anime and animation, Campillo is notably recognized as the Spanish voice of Nico Robin for a substantial period in the long-running series One Piece. Her portrayal of the archaeologist character spans numerous One Piece productions, including the films One Piece Stampede, One Piece Film Red, One Piece: Episode of Chopper - The Miracle Winter Cherry Blossom, One Piece 3D: Mugiwara Chase, and One Piece: Mega Mecha Soldier of Karakuri Castle.
