Yūya Kanzaki is a Japanese manga artist known for his work on several crime and suspense series. He is credited as the illustrator for the manga Funohan, which was adapted into the live-action film and television series Impossibility Defense. While Kanzaki is recognized for his visual storytelling, the original story for Funohan was written by Arata Miyatsuki, establishing Kanzaki in the role of artist rather than sole creator for that particular property.

Kanzaki is the author and artist of the crime drama Ouroboros: Keisatsu wo Sabaku wa Ware ni Ari, commonly known as Ouroboros. This series, which follows two men seeking revenge against the criminal who killed their foster parent, was published in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine. He is also the creator of Red List: Keishichou Sotai Sanka PO and Change the World: Bloodthirsty Killer from Today.

In 2018, Kanzaki was selected to write and illustrate BTOOOM! U-18, a spin-off of Junya Inoue's popular survival action manga BTOOOM!. The original BTOOOM! series received a television anime adaptation in 2012.
