Takuma Yokota is a Japanese manga artist born on April 17, 1986, in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. He began his career after his submission Senka ni Saku received an honorable mention in the 29th Jump Treasure newcomer's manga award. Before establishing himself as an independent creator, he gained experience working as an assistant to Hiroshi Shiibashi on the series Nurarihyon no Mago for a year and a half. Early in his career, he also worked under the online pseudonym YOKO.

Yokota has built a career known for both original creations and collaborations as an illustrator. One of his most recognized early works is Onani Master Kurosawa, a manga released in 2007 for which he provided the art based on a story by Katsura Ise. His original serializations include the ballroom dancing manga Straighten Up! Welcome to Shika High's Competitive Dance Club, which ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2015 to 2017, followed by the soccer manga Shudan! in the same magazine from 2017 to 2018.

He is also known for the ongoing series Destroy All Humans. They Can't Be Regenerated., a collaboration with writer Katsura Ise that began in 2018 and is set in the world of the Magic: The Gathering trading card game. In addition to these collaborative projects, Yokota is the sole creator of The Story Between a Dumb Prefect and a High School Girl with an Inappropriate Skirt Length, a manga that began serialization in 2019. This work has been adapted into an anime television series scheduled to premiere in April 2026.
