Mika Kohinata is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with the talent agency Aria Entertainment, specifically its division S. Born on March 14, 2000, in Chiba Prefecture, she graduated from the agency's voice actor training school, PineS, and officially began her career in 2020. Her path to becoming a voice actress was influenced by the franchise Love Live!, where she was inspired by performers who portrayed their characters both in anime and in live concerts.

Kohinata's most prominent and defining role to date is as Soyo Nagasaki in the BanG Dream! multimedia franchise. She voices the character in the television anime series BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!! which began airing in 2023, its sequel BanG Dream! Ave Mujica in 2025, and the associated mobile game BanG Dream! Girls Band Party!. This role is particularly significant as it marked her first major voice acting part and is a cornerstone of her career. In a unique blend of performance and character, she is not only the voice of Soyo Nagasaki but also plays the bass guitar for the character's in-universe band, MyGO!!!!!, performing with the group at live concerts. This has led to major performance opportunities, including solo concerts at venues like Yokohama Arena and Musashino Forest Sports Plaza, as well as appearances at the大型动画歌曲演唱会 Animelo Summer Live for two consecutive years.

Beyond her work in the BanG Dream! franchise, Kohinata has contributed to a variety of other projects. Her voice can be heard in the game Crash Fever as the character Anarcot, and in Brave Nine as Ulfin. She also voiced the character Lete in the game Shōjo to Dragon: Genjuu Keiyaku Cryptract. Her early work included minor roles in projects such as the web anime Kaijū Daimel Kuuroda and the film adaptation BanG Dream! FILM LIVE 2nd Stage. In addition to voice work for animation and games, she has been active in stage and reading theater productions. Her stage credits include Chiru Kimi, Urara to Mai Agari as Kiwa Wakiwa, Harukaze Gaiden 2021, and Ōma ga Koro ni as Hina. She has also participated in radio programs, hosting her own show titled Mika Kohinata no Rajirabu! on the cultural broadcasting station超!A&G+ in 2022.

In 2024, Kohinata expanded her artistic pursuits to include songwriting and composing. This new facet of her career culminated in the release of her first original solo song, Hinata Bokko, in 2025, for which she wrote and composed the music. The song also serves as the theme for her regular program, Mika Kohinata no Hinata Bokko. Her fans are collectively known as the Kohinata Min.
