Rachel Slotky is a voice actor and casting director based in Los Angeles, California, originally from the Chicago suburbs. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Syracuse University and supplemented her training with a period of classical study at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London. Her career began in New York City before relocating to the West Coast.

Slotky maintains an active career in anime and animation voiceover, while also working extensively behind the scenes in casting and production for English dubs. She is the Casting Director at Iyuno Media Group, a media localization service provider. Her casting director credits are extensive and include high-profile projects for streaming platforms, such as Pluto, My Happy Marriage, Pokémon Concierge, Fable, Medalist, Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King, Ishura, and Record of Ragnarok season two. Earlier in her career, she held production and casting roles at NYAV Post, a New York-based audio production company known for its anime dubs.

As a voice actor, Slotky has performed in a wide variety of anime series and films. She is known for her role as Mana in the series LBX Girls, a position confirmed by the English dub production. Another recurring role is that of Mana Mitsuya in Tokyo Revengers. Her other anime acting credits include Momoka Kaga in Kemono Jihen, Alvida in Fena: Pirate Princess, Hayami in Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS, Young Kukui in Pokémon Sun and Moon, and additional voices in the feature films Belle and Child of Kamiari Month. Beyond anime, she has voiced the title character in the Cartoon Network series I, Elvis Riboldi and characters in programs such as Regal Academy and Running Man.

In addition to her on-screen roles, Slotky has contributed her voice to video games, including Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers. She is also involved in the voiceover community as an educator and coach, having taught and participated in panels at industry events like VOcation Cancun.
