Ayane Matsuda

Description
Ayane Matsuda is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent agency Holy Peak. She was born in Kanagawa Prefecture on July 13, 2003.

Matsuda decided to pursue a career as a voice actress during her middle school years, an aspiration inspired by seeing a poster for the anime series Sound! Euphonium while in Kyoto, which became a beloved work of hers. Her professional journey began after she passed the first "Osawa Office New Voice Actor Discovery Audition" in August 2019, succeeding among 2,331 applicants. She officially joined Osawa Office in April 2022. After a hiatus from late 2024 to March 2025 to focus on recovering her health, she returned to work and transitioned to Holy Peak at the end of March 2025.

Her early career included minor roles in series such as Otherside Picnic, Tomodachi Game, and Crayon Shin-chan. A significant breakthrough came in 2023 when she was cast as Hotaru Kurenai in the original net animation TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You ~High School Days~. The following year, she achieved wider recognition for two major roles. She portrayed Yayoi Kamiishi in Sound! Euphonium 3, the very series that had inspired her to become a voice actress. Simultaneously, she gained considerable popularity for her role as Ume Hanami in the Bandai Namco game Gakuen Idolmaster. Other notable credits include the role of Suankou in the game Sega NET Mahjong MJ and appearances in stage readings. Her role as Hotaru Kurenai serves as an example of her work in the TONIKAWA franchise.
