Before her voice acting career, she was a member of her school’s brass band during middle and high school, where she learned to play the flute and the violin. She made her voice acting debut in 2019 with a minor role in the television anime RobiHachi.

Fujimoto achieved her first leading role in a theatrical anime feature in 2024, voicing the character Jungle Pocket in the film Umamusume: Pretty Derby – Beginning of a New Era. The film, produced by CygamesPictures and released in Japan in May 2024, follows the horse girl Jungle Pocket as she strives to become a top racer. For this role, she performed the film’s main theme song, Ready!! Steady!! Derby!!, alongside fellow cast members Sumire Uesaka, Yui Ogura, and Haruna Fukushima. The role marked a significant breakthrough in her career, leading to interviews in publications such as the horse racing magazine Gallop. She also voices the same character in the Umamusume: Pretty Derby video game franchise.

In 2025, Fujimoto took on a major role in the original anime television series Princession Orchestra, produced by King Records and animated by Silver Link. She voices Kagari Shikibe, who transforms into Princess Zeal, one of the three main princess characters in the story. For this project, she performs alongside Azusa Aoi and Azusa Tachibana as part of the musical unit Orcheria, which performs the opening theme song Zettai Utahime Sengen!. The series, which began airing in April 2025, features a unique format where the voice cast sings new renditions of insert songs during each episode’s recording sessions. Fujimoto’s character, Princess Zeal, was the focus of a dedicated lyric video released for her song Over the Blaze in December 2024.

In addition to her anime work, Fujimoto has voiced characters in several video games, including Dolphin Wave, Azur Lane, and Trickcal Revive. She has also participated in live music events related to her projects, such as the Animax Musix 2024 music festival at Yokohama Arena.
