Sae Hiratsuka is a Japanese voice actress born in Tokyo on October 12, 2004. She is affiliated with the talent agency Osawa Office. Hiratsuka is a graduate of the Japan Art High School, an institution known for its arts education.
She made her debut as a voice actress in 2022, with her first role being Meiko Kaneo in the television anime series Me & Roboco. In the same year, she also had minor roles in other series, including Crayon Shin-chan and More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers. She continued to build her experience with appearances in 2023 shows such as Shadowverse F and The Kingdoms of Ruin.
Hiratsuka's breakout role came in 2024 when she was cast as one of the two lead protagonists, Mitsuki Hoshikawa, in the multimedia franchise Himitsu no AiPri. This role significantly raised her profile as a new talent in the industry. Following this, she has been cast in a number of other prominent roles. In 2025, she is set to voice Himari in Twins Hinahima and Yui Unoki in Zatsu Tabi: That's Journey.
