Li-Mei Chiang is the stage name of Satomi Toyohara, a Taiwanese-Japanese actress and voice actress born on February 2, 1982, in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She began her entertainment career in 2004 and is affiliated with the agency L&L Victor Entertainment, Inc..
