Óscar Garibay is a Mexican actor, voice actor, and dubbing director born on May 13, 1986. He studied acting at the Escuela Nacional de Arte Teatral and trained in dubbing with prominent figures in the industry such as Olga Donna-Dío, Humberto Vélez, and René García. It was Vélez who first brought him to the studio Diseño en Audio, marking the beginning of his professional career in dubbing.

In the realm of anime, Garibay is recognized for his voice work in a variety of series and films. He voices the character Niko in the anime Drifting Dragons and provides the voice for Masamichi Yaga in Jujutsu Kaisen. His other notable anime roles include Simon in Fairy Tail, Menkar de Ballena in Saint Seiya Omega, Slon in Dragon Quest Your Story, and Batty in Cannon Busters. He has also participated in dubs for productions such as BNA: Brand New Animal, Tokyo Revengers, Pacific Rim: The Black, Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, Spriggan, and the films Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero and Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway.
