Masakazu Nishida is a Japanese voice actor from Tokyo, born on November 1st. He is affiliated with the talent management cooperative Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society. Nishida is a graduate of the Amusement Media Academy. His voice is characterized as a baritone, and he has been active in the industry since the early 2000s.
Nishida is perhaps best known for two prominent and long-running roles in popular anime franchises. He voices the character Mezo Shoji (also known as Tentacole) in the long-running series My Hero Academia, a role he has played since 2016, appearing in multiple seasons of the television anime as well as in the films My Hero Academia: Two Heroes and My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising.
