Shūta Morishima is a Japanese voice actor and singer born on August 13, 1983, in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Hibiki and has a blood type of A. Before pursuing a career in voice acting, Morishima worked as a company programmer. He later enrolled in voice actor training, graduating from the RAMS Professional Education as part of its 5th generation. He was initially affiliated with RAMS before moving to his current agency in January 2012.

Morishima made his debut in the anime industry in 2010, with his first credited role as the narrator for the anime Anpan Mimi. A significant early role that brought him wider recognition was his work in the long-running Cardfight!! Vanguard franchise, where he began voicing the character Shin Nitta in 2011, a role he has reprised across numerous series and iterations, including under the names Shinemon Nitta and Masanori Iseki in later series such as Cardfight!! Vanguard overDress and Cardfight!! Vanguard DivineZ.

His career is marked by several recurring collaborations and long-running roles in major franchises. Beyond Cardfight!! He is part of the real-life band Argonavis, performing as the group's keyboardist. His other notable anime roles include Pearce Valentine Shōtani in Try Knights, Mateus Callaway in Chaika - The Coffin Princess, Sōtarō Shinozaki in Tasūketsu, Ryou Sekiguchi in Hitorigurashi no Shōgakusei, and Kippei Uwajima in ACTORS: Songs Connection. He has also voiced numerous characters across multiple seasons of the historical comedy Ninja Girl & Samurai Master, including figures like Maeda Toshiie, Inaba Ittetsu, and Isono Kazumasa.
