Sakura Kasuga is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on December 12. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. Her path to voice acting began with a childhood love for anime and an initial aspiration to become an illustrator, having attended an art-oriented high school. Her involvement in her school's theatre club and the encouragement of a friend led her to pursue a career as a voice actress, inspired by her role model, Mayumi Tanaka.

To achieve her goal, Kasuga enrolled as a member of the 41st cohort at Aoni Juku, the training school affiliated with Aoni Production. Upon graduating from the school, she officially joined the agency in April 2021. Her first major credited role, which marked her debut, was as Hishi Miracle in the popular mixed-media franchise Uma Musume Pretty Derby.

Following her debut, Kasuga has lent her voice to various anime series and video games. Her early anime appearances included minor roles in series such as TONIKAWA: Over the Moon for You, where she voiced an idol character in 2020. She has also been credited in productions like Shadowverse F, Chibi Maruko-chan, Tokyo Mew Mew New, ONE PIECE, and Blue Archive The Animation. In the realm of video games, her roles include appearances in Persona 3 Reload and Monster Strike. Beyond animation and games, her work encompasses narration for programs such as NHK's Marutoku Magazine and Ani×Para, as well as radio hosting and stage performances.

In 2025, Kasuga was cast in her first leading role as Yuina Akagi in the original Sunrise anime television series, Maebashi Witches. In the series, which premiered in April 2025, she voices a first-year high school student with a passion for photography. As part of the main cast, she is also a member of the voice actor unit also named Maebashi Witches, alongside her co-stars Hinano Sakikawa, Rena Motomura, Haruka Minami, and Honami Momose. The unit performs both the opening theme song, Sugosugi Maebashi Witches!, and the ending theme song, Sorezore no Door, for the anime.

Kasuga is known by the nickname Sakupom among fans and colleagues. She maintains her childhood passion for art, frequently sharing her drawings and sketches on social media, a talent that has been well-received by both fans and other voice actors.
