Ilja Schierbaum is a German actor, voice artist, and musician born on October 23, 1976, in Berlin. His career as a voice actor is built upon a foundation of extensive training and diverse performance experience. He received early training as a speaker at the Rundfunk der DDR and later completed a formal acting education at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Leipzig from 1998 to 2002. In addition to his work in voice acting, Schierbaum has had a parallel career in music, performing as a singer-songwriter and as a member of the band Schrottfisch, with whom he won the John Lennon Talent Award and the Rio Reiser Songpreis. This background in both theater and music contributes to his work in voiceover and synchronization.
