She is known for her on-screen performances in German television series such as SOKO Leipzig and Für alle Fälle Stefanie. Alongside her work in front of the camera, Kwaschik has built a career as a voice actress, lending her voice to numerous characters in film and television series.

In the realm of anime, Kwaschik is recognized for her role as the voice of Gloxinia in the German dubbing of the popular series The Seven Deadly Sins.
