She is known for her on-screen performances in German television series such as SOKO Leipzig and Für alle Fälle Stefanie. Alongside her work in front of the camera, Kwaschik has built a career as a voice actress, lending her voice to numerous characters in film and television series.

In the realm of anime, Kwaschik is recognized for her role as the voice of Gloxinia in the German dubbing of the popular series The Seven Deadly Sins. She provided the voice for this character in the third season, titled The Seven Deadly Sins: Imperial Wrath of The Gods, which aired from 2019 to 2020, as well as in the preceding season, The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments from 2018.
