Tatsuki Kōbe is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Atomic Monkey, a talent agency he joined after graduating from its affiliated voice acting and performance training institute as a member of the 7th generation. He was born in Shizuoka Prefecture on December 17, 1987. Prior to pursuing voice acting, Kōbe worked in the construction industry after university. Around the age of 24, he decided to change careers to follow his passion for animation and film, citing works such as Ghost in the Shell and K-ON! as key inspirations.

In addition to his voice work, Kōbe is an active member of the theatre company Herohiro Q Company, regularly performing in their stage productions. His personal interests include watching films and drinking alcohol. He possesses perfect pitch and is skilled at playing the drums, having once demonstrated the ability to transcribe and perform a song by ear on the guitar.

Kōbe's career is marked by extensive work in long-running and popular anime franchises. He has a prominent and recurring role as the announcer Tanaka Yoji in the racing anime MF Ghost. He is also a frequent presence in the Pokémon anime franchise, voicing numerous characters and Pokémon across several series and specials, including the role of Announcer in the 2025 short Morpeko to Hajimete no Odekake. His credits in the Pokémon franchise span Pokémon Evolutions, Pokémon: Hisuian Snow, and the television series Pokémon Journeys and Pokémon Horizons. He has also contributed voices to various characters in the My Hero Academia franchise, including its spin-off Illegals. His other notable anime credits include roles in More! Stitch and the Samurai, Shaman King, The First Slam Dunk film, and the fantasy series The Unwanted Undead Adventurer. His work also extends to video games, with voice roles in popular titles such as Pokémon Masters EX, Genshin Impact, and Honkai: Star Rail.
