Christiane Monteiro is a Brazilian voice actress, born in Rio de Janeiro on June 1, 1973, who has built an extensive career dubbing anime series, animated cartoons, and live-action productions for the Brazilian Portuguese market. She began her journey in voice acting in 1994 after taking a dubbing course near her home, though she considers her career to have fully gained traction in 1997. Her first professional work was providing the voice of a baby beetle in the animated feature Thumbelina.

Monteiro is recognized for a wide range of roles across various genres. In anime, she is known for voicing the male cat-eared healer Felix Argyle in Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- and its second season. She also voiced Sen in the series Shinzo and Kozue Matsumoto in Grappler Baki: The Ultimate Fighter. Her work in the magical girl genre includes the role of Miyako Goutokuji, the Bubbles counterpart known as Lindinha, in the Brazilian dub of Demashitaa! Powerpuff Girls Z. She is also the voice of the mischievous potion-obsessed witch Sucy Manbavaran in both the film and television series adaptations of Little Witch Academia, including The Enchanted Parade. Her portfolio extends to the Pokémon franchise, where she voiced Courtney in the Pokémon Generations web series, and she has also voiced Melody in Pokémon 2000: The Movie and Molly in Pokémon 3: The Movie.

Monteiro's voice can be heard in a wide variety of other productions. She is the voice of Culumon in Digimon Tamers, Bijou in Hamtaro, Milly Thompson in Trigun, and Virgo in Fairy Tail and its film Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry. In a 2008 interview, Monteiro reflected on her approach to voice acting, noting that she often draws upon her own playful side to bring characters to life. She mentioned a particular affinity for the character Lindinha (Bubbles), describing her as peaceful and kind but capable of being tough when necessary. Beyond performance, Monteiro has also contributed to the industry in other capacities. She has served as an ADR director, notably for the Brazilian Portuguese version of the anime Eyeshield 21, and performed theme songs for Tenchi Universe.
