Minako Satō is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent agency Osawa Office. She was born on October 22 and is a native of Saitama Prefecture. Satō graduated from the Amusement Media General Academy in 2019, where she was also a research student affiliated with her future agency.

Her debut role came in 2020 when she was cast as Aoi Akane in the television anime series Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun. This marked the beginning of her professional career, and she has since reprised the role in subsequent adaptations, including the spin-off series After-School Hanako-kun in 2023 and its续篇 in 2024, as well as the second season of the main series in 2025.

Following her debut, Satō has built a portfolio of roles in a variety of anime series. Her notable performances include Haru Kozakura, the female protagonist in the musical drama Blue Orchestra in 2023, and she is confirmed to reprise the role for its second season in 2025. In 2024, she voiced Kiri Shirasawa in the romantic comedy Pseudo Harem and Aika Torii in The Demon Prince of Momochi House. Her other television anime credits from this period include roles in Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki 2nd STAGE, as Maebashi, and brief appearances in series such as Laid-Back Camp Season 2, The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague, and World Dai Star.

Beyond anime, Satō's work extends to video games. In 2023, she lent her voice to the character Frilled Jellyfish Cookie in the popular mobile game Cookie Run: Kingdom.
