Jin Katagiri is a Japanese comedian, actor, and sculptor who has also performed voice acting roles in anime. Born in Saitama Prefecture on November 27, 1973, he is a graduate of Tama Art University. He is primarily known as a member of the comedy unit Rahmens and is affiliated with the talent agency Twinkle Corporation. Beyond performing, Katagiri is an accomplished clay sculptor and has a deep interest in areas such as Gundam models and Jomon-period pottery.

Katagiri's voice acting work, while not his primary profession, includes several distinct anime characters. He played the role of Dive, a Shadow Alien hunter, in the 2019 film Star Twinkle Precure: Hoshi no Uta ni Omoi wo Komete. Katagiri himself noted that prior to this role, he had only experienced voice acting work about twice and found the opportunity to voice a non-human character both enjoyable and a new challenge. He also lent his voice to the characters Theophilos and the Village Headman in the short anime series Extra Olympia Kyklos. Additional anime roles credited to him include Kakusenpai in Nyuru Nyuru!! Kakusen-kun and Yasuo in Lupin the 3rd: Green vs Red. His work in children's programming extends to voice roles for NHK, such as providing the voice for the character Jumoku-san in the variety show Shakin! and narration for PythagoraSwitch.
