Azuki Shibuya is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Saitama Prefecture, born on August 11, 1993. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. Her career began after she passed an audition for anime vocals jointly held by Avex and 81 Produce, which led to her becoming a member of the idol group i☆Ris in 2012. Her voice acting debut followed in 2013.

Shibuya is best known for her roles in the PriPara and related franchises. Her most prominent role is Dorothy West, a main character in the PriPara television anime series and its subsequent films. She voiced the character in the television series, as well as in the films Gekijō-ban PriPara Mi~nna Atsumare! Prism Tours, Gekijōban PriPara: Mi~nna de Kagayake! Kirarin Star Live, Tobidasu PriPara ~Miina de Mezase! Idol Grand Prix, and PriPara Mi~nna no Akogare Let's Go PriPari. In the sequel series Idol Time PriPara, she continued her role as Dorothy West and also voiced a different character, a sheep mascot named Pitsuji. She later voiced the character Rū Asuka in the series Kiratto Pri☆Chan. Beyond the PriPara universe, her other roles include Kirari Saionji in KING OF PRISM -Shiny Seven Stars- and minor roles in series such as Nyarko-san: Another Crawling Chaos W, Denpa Kyoushi, and Cheer Boys!!.

As a member of i☆Ris, a group formed specifically to perform theme songs for anime, her singing career was closely intertwined with her voice acting. The group performed theme songs for numerous anime series, including several within the PriPara franchise in which she also acted. In 2016, she received the 10th Seiyu Award for Singing as part of i☆Ris. She was a member of the group until her graduation in March 2021. In addition to her work with i☆Ris, she has also participated in character song CDs for her roles, performing songs as Dorothy West, often in collaboration with other cast members from the series.

In January 2024, Shibuya began an indefinite hiatus from voice acting, which she had announced the previous year. She resumed her career gradually in January 2025, expressing a continued commitment to taking on new challenges.
