Hikari Senga is a Japanese voice actress from Fukushima Prefecture, born on August 13th. She has a blood type of B and is affiliated with the agency FIRST WIND production. Her voice acting career began around the year 2020. Prior to her major breakthrough, she took on several minor roles in television anime series in 2025, including a part in the long-running series Soreike! Anpanman, a role as a student in The Useless Senpai, and a small part in Princession Orchestra.

Senga’s most prominent early role came in 2026 when she was cast as Kuroe Akaishi in the television anime adaptation of the manga Kaiju Girl Caramelise. That same year, she achieved a significant career milestone by being cast as the lead character Anna Akechi, who transforms into Cure Answer, in the 2026 Precure television series Star Detective Precure!. This role held particular personal significance for Senga, as she has stated that she grew up as a fan of the Precure franchise and was deeply moved upon being chosen to be part of it. She also reprises this role as Anna Akechi in the related film Eiga Meitantei Precure!. Beyond her anime work, she also voices the character Epiphaneia in the multimedia franchise Umamusume: Pretty Derby. Her other known interests and skills include cooking, drawing illustrations, and singing.
