Yuka Hiiragi is a Japanese voice actor and singer from Kyoto Prefecture, born on May 30. She began her entertainment career in 2010 as an online singer, a period during which she was also active as an utaite, a singer who publishes cover songs on video sharing platforms. For a significant portion of her career, she was known by the stage name Misaki Yoshioka before unifying her professional activities under the name Yuka Hiiragi in 2023.

Hiiragi transitioned to voice acting after attending a training school and officially started her voice career in 2016. Her first major role was as Kagetsu, a main character in the game app and multimedia project 8 beat Story♪, a role she originated and voiced from 2016 until she stepped down from it in 2021. She was affiliated with the agency m&i from 2016 to 2022 and has worked as a freelancer since January 2023.
