Naoyuki Shimozuru is a Japanese voice actor born December 11, 1993, in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. He stands 185cm tall and has B blood type. After graduating from the pro-fit voice actor training school, he was affiliated with link-plan before becoming a预备 member of Rush Style in May 2019. As of February 2020, he became a准所属 (junior affiliated) member of Rush Style.

Shimozuru began his voice acting career in the mid-2010s with minor roles. One of his early recurring roles was Kyōtarō Shuzenji in the series Cute High Earth Defense Club HAPPY KISS! in 2018. This remains one of his most recognized character performances. In the early 2020s, he took on more supporting roles in various anime series. In 2021, he voiced a mathematics teacher in Super Cub and Shibao Doi in Life Lessons with Uramichi Oniisan. He continued building his resume with appearances in popular titles, including a role as a butler chimera anima in Tokyo Mew Mew New in 2022.

Throughout his career, Shimozuru has frequently been cast in supporting roles that require voicing adult male characters, such as officials, soldiers, and townspeople. From 2023 to 2025, he appeared in several notable series, including KamiKatsu: Working for God in a Godless World, Giant Beasts of ARS, Ninja Kamui, and Spice and Wolf: MERCHANT MEETS THE WISE WOLF. He also voiced a character in the long-running supernatural series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.

One of his most significant career achievements came with his casting in the popular action anime Tokyo Revengers. In 2026, it was announced that Shimozuru would voice Takeomi Akashi in the arc titled Tokyo Revengers: War of the Three Titans Arc. Takeomi Akashi, also known as the God of War, is a high-ranking member of the Brahman gang, serving as its number two. This role represents a major step forward in Shimozuru's career, placing him in a high-profile franchise with a character who plays a key role in the story's final conflict.
