Taisei Fukumoto is a Japanese voice actor and entertainer born on October 16, 1999 in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. He began his entertainment career in 2011 when he joined the talent agency then known as Johnny & Associates. Before focusing on voice acting, Fukumoto was active as a singer and actor as a member of the Kansai Junior group A e! group.

Fukumoto has pursued higher education alongside his entertainment career, taking a break from activities to prepare for university entrance examinations. He successfully gained admission to a national public university, later graduating from Osaka City University's Faculty of Economics, making him one of the few national university graduates in his agency.

In the anime series Gelpiyo, which began airing on Tokyo MX1 in January 2026, Fukumoto provides voice work for multiple characters. He is cast in the role of Majorca. Additional sources also credit him as the voice of BamoPiyo in the same series. The Gelpiyo anime features a cast of gelatinous creature characters and follows their comedic misadventures in a town called Geltown.

Fukumoto's background prior to voice acting includes live-action television drama performances. He appeared in the恋爱短剧 series Toshishita Kareshi in 2020 and starred in Jimoto ni Kaerenai Wakeari Danshi no 14 no Jijo in 2021. He also took on a role in the drama Gekikaradou 2 in 2023. His work has primarily been in Japanese-language productions for domestic audiences.
