Jennifer Sun Bell is an American voice actress based in Los Angeles, California. She works extensively in the anime dubbing industry, having provided English voices for numerous prominent series through studios such as Dubbing Brothers, Bang Zoom! Entertainment, Igloo Music, and VSI Los Angeles. Bell was born in El Paso and grew up in a multicultural household with a mother from South Korea and a father from Detroit. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Korean, and has also taught herself to read and write in Korean.

Among her most recognizable anime roles is the character Maizuru in the English dub of the fantasy series Delicious in Dungeon. In the same series, she also provided the voice for the character Pattadol. She played the role of Tamaki Iwato, the aunt of the title character, in the animated film Suzume from director Makoto Shinkai. In the action series Heavenly Delusion, Bell voiced the character Yuko Aoshima. She is also known for her work in the long-running franchise Rurouni Kenshin, where she voiced Megumi Takani in both the original series and the sequel series Rurouni Kenshin -Kyoto Disturbance-. Her other anime credits include Valkyura in Ultraman, Tamaki Yuzuriha in Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX, and Karimna in Me ga Hanasenai ne Garura.

Beyond her work in Japanese animation, Bell has also performed voice work for video games. She voiced the character Caesar King in the action role-playing game Zenless Zone Zero. In addition to her voice acting, she has appeared in live-action productions, including a recurring role on the television series NCIS and a part in the film American Reunion.
