Roger Rose is an American voice actor born on August 15, 1958, in Chicago, Illinois. He began his career in the entertainment industry as a VJ on VH1 and has worked as an actor and producer across film, television, and video games from 1979 to the present. His voice acting work spans numerous animated series and films, with a particular focus on character voices for Western cartoons.

In the field of anime, Rose has contributed to several English dubs. He provided voices for multiple minor characters in the series Zatch Bell!. He also voiced Garbel of Manicuria in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. More recently, he plays the role of Morio in the 2026 series Rooster Fighter, described as a good-hearted demon ally and loyal friend to the protagonist. Additional voice work includes a role in the English dub of Naruto the Movie: Guardians of the Crescent Moon Kingdom.

Beyond anime, Rose has an extensive career in Western animation and video games. He voiced Doctor Strange in The Super Hero Squad Show and Superman in Batman: The Brave and the Bold.
