Yuko Iida is a Japanese voice actress born on September 9, 1992, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise. Her interest in voice acting began in her early years, inspired by female voice actors who performed male roles in series such as Ranma ½, Digimon, and Cardcaptor Sakura. She enrolled in the Japan Narration Acting Institute while in high school and graduated in 2014 after six years of study. She became a member of I'm Enterprise in April 2010. During her training and early career, she supported herself with various part-time jobs, including work at fast-food restaurants and bars, for about five or six years until she secured her first regular anime role.

Iida made her professional debut in 2011. Her first main role in an anime came in 2013 when she voiced Saki Iwasawa in the series Aiura. In 2014, she was cast as Mei Menowa, a main supporting character in Witch Craft Works. A significant turning point in her career occurred in November 2014 when she was announced as the voice of Kanade Hayami in THE IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls. This role led to her active participation in the franchise's various media, including mobile games, television and web anime, music releases, and live performances.

Her filmography includes a wide range of roles in television animation and other media. She voiced Okako in Please Tell Me! Galko-chan, Aoi Tachibana in the web anime series X-Maiden, Azumi in the film Girls und Panzer der Film, Gazelle in Princess Principal, the young Chō Soran in Hitori no Shita - the outcast, Shimi-chan in Shin ATASHIn'CHI, Natsumi Hatano in the web series Kanojo ga Kanji o Suki na Riyū, Kyōko Kurihara in MF Ghost, and the Dark Elf from Noge in Kanagawa Elves. Other notable roles include a boy in The Disastrous Life of Saiki K., the young Otto Suwen in Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, and Kirarin Penguin and Mitsuko Okuma in Wonderful Pretty Cure!.

Beyond her voice acting roles, Iida has been involved in several collaborative projects, often with other voice actors from her agency. She co-hosted a variety program on NicoNico called Iida Yuko · Takano Asami no marutto 360-do with Asami Takano from 2016 to 2023. She was also part of a radio program titled Lumine-san with Ru Thing and Asami Takano, which broadcast from 2019 to 2022. In 2019, she formed a musical duo named KANPAI with fellow I'm Enterprise voice actress Misato Murai, with whom she sang and played guitar. The duo also hosted a radio program, Iida Yuko · Murai Misato no Okyakusama wo Yorokoba Setai!, which aired briefly from November 2019 to January 2020.

Some of her publicly mentioned hobbies include watching movies and theater plays, motorcycle touring, and following baseball. She is known by the nickname Iidashi, which originated from a segment on CINDERELLA PARTY!. Fellow voice actress Amina Sato also gave her the nickname Oji, meaning prince, for helping Sato calm her nerves before a live performance. She announced her marriage to someone outside the entertainment industry in January 2022.
