Yusei Takanaka is a Japanese voice actor from Kanagawa Prefecture. His date of birth is December 4, though the year is not publicly documented. He is affiliated with the talent agency Amuleto. Takanaka has previously worked under the stage names Hiroyuki Takanaka, written as 高仲祐之, and Hiroyuki Takanaka, written as 高中宏之.

His career in anime voice acting began in 2012 with a minor role as a policeman in the series Lupin the Third: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine. In 2022, he voiced the character Jianmin Tao in Shenmue the Animation and provided the voice for Scientist A in the series I'm Quitting Heroing. More recently, in 2024, Takanaka took on the role of Chokaro in the anime series Haigakura.

Takanaka has been cast in the upcoming series Kanagawa ni Sunderu Elf, also known as Kanagawa Elves. In this production, he voices the character identified as the Half-Elf from Minatomirai.
